As a Generator with Sacral Authority, I learned I’m not here to force, initiate, or prove anything. I’m here to respond, trust my body, and move toward what is truly correct for me. That shift changed how I work, parent, and carry myself.

It’s not something I mastered overnight. It’s something I practice.

As a mother of two daughters who operate completely differently, Human Design has changed the way I see them — and myself. Instead of trying to make us the same, I honor how each of us is wired. That shift has brought greater clarity and connection into our home.

I blend Human Design with womb wisdom and cycle awareness to guide women back to their sovereign inner authority. I help you understand your energy, honor your rhythms, and live in alignment.

I also support parents in exploring their children’s design, so you can meet your child as they are and respond with intention rather than from reaction.
