“My path into Human Design didn’t begin with charts or systems. It began with quiet observation of a messy, meaningful life unfolding in its own time. After losing my dad in 2015, I worked with a yoga therapist, which led me to become a yoga teacher. I was drawn to philosophy and spirituality as a way to create simple, grounding rituals in everyday life.

A few years later, after another deep loss, my husband and I left our careers and home to serve with AmeriCorps and Habitat for Humanity in Hawai‘i. Living far from everything familiar helped me release the roles I thought I was “supposed” to play, and allowed me to come home to myself.

After a year of service, we returned to the East Coast to raise a family, and it was then that I found Human Design. It gave language to what I had already been living and supported me in showing up with more ease, honesty, and confidence. Lotus Rising reflects what I’ve lived: growing through the mud and radiating my own inner light. From here, I walk alongside others as they discover what lights them up so they can embody a life that is authentically aligned with who they naturally are. ”
