If you’re looking for an easy way to learn, integrate, and really embody the wisdom and gifts of your Human Design, use this practice playbook.
TRUE NATURE: In this embodiment practice playbook, you’re going to use the blank BodyGraph pages to color in all of the definition in your chart (where your actual true nature resides). This will help you connect with your chart much more so than just looking at your chart.
NOT-SELF: Then you’re going to color in the areas where you normally have nothing defined. This will help you to understand where you’re susceptible to the conditioning of others, which is just something to be aware of moving forward.
Please don’t skip this exercise. Take the time to give your true nature some attention. Trust me - it really works.
Before you know it, you’ll have a way better feeling, experience, and embodiment of your Human Design vs. relying on thought alone (which usually doesn’t give the gifts of your design justice).
