A little more about me: I’m a mother, Creative Director, and mind-body therapist with 15+ years of experience (and too many credentials) in the healing arts and coaching/mentoring, and have been personally working with the Human Design system for over 11 years.
Since 2007, I’ve used my endless curiosity and insatiable desire for learning to be a teacher, coach, mentor, professor, and writer in areas such as environmental sustainability, global scholarship, transformational travel, energy medicine, women’s health, creativity and spirituality. But, mostly, I’m now just a lover of—and believer in—delighting in everything beautiful that life on this planet has to offer (plus lots of resting, nurturing, traveling, and self-care).
