We WILL Get Through This

There’s something beautiful about the pain or discomfort you have to go through to get to the good stuff in life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yeah, you’ve probably heard me say that life gets to be easy and we don’t need to always make it so damn hard for ourselves. That we need to be more loving and gentle with ourselves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And, when you’re in the thick of some shit, the last thing you’re thinking is that this will ever end and that, when it does, you’ll be a better human for going through it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But haven’t you noticed that that’s TRUE? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s all a part of the cycles we go through in life. There’s always (always) contraction before expansion — just like birthing a baby. There’s purpose in that painful contraction. There’s beauty in that pain, isn’t there? Look at what comes after. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If the past few weeks (of chaos and quarantine etc etc) have felt like a never ending test for you, I hope you try to find the beauty in it. It’s there. Or, it will at least be more apparent when we’re all on the other side. But think of the beauty that’s waiting for you there because you walked through the fire to get to it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And, you WILL get to it. And, you’re not alone with this. As a collective, we’re all in this together. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Always remember, you’re a powerful cosmic force and you are so loved. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
