These Hawaiian Sounds Soothe the Nervous System
I recently spent hours at my favorite place on the island for meditation.
Listened to the sweet sounds of birds and silence.
I used to spend whole weeks here in silent retreat. My entire nervous system and spirit feel recalibrated afterward.
I don’t normally film anything while I’m meditating of course, because it causes distraction, but I wanted to take the sounds with me to listen to later, for when I’m not here. #HOME
